Plus sign means “increase next workout.” Just trying some easier notation for myself.
Now I get a little volume-bonkers.
Horizontal Row: 6×12 @ 40lbs. (+)
Lateral Raise: 2×12; 1×6 @ 10lbs. DBs
Squat: 1×12 @ 45lbs.
Bicep Curl: 2×12 @ 5lbs. DBs (+)
Triceps Pushdown: 2×12 @ 30lbs. cable (+)
Cable Crunches: 6×12 @ 30lbs. (+)
