Oooh boy! It’s been a while hasn’t it, folks?

Well I’ve just been trolled, and I’m here to share! I’m not an actor, if you’re rich, and my lack of celeb-trivia is testament to the fact!

The most recent film I’ve worked on was Thinking Speed, which wrapped in December and is set to release to DVD I believe in June or July.
I’m going to have a small part in another indie film called Infraction towards the end of June.

Not really sure who is known. I don’t pay attention to other actors’ careers.

I guess Ben Stein would probably be the most identifiable person I can think of that I’ve worked with. My first job was on a commercial with him.

I hang out more with the crew than with the other actors. Nobody really publicly knows any of the crew, but they’re the ones who help me out by letting me in on exclusive auditions and stuff.

Other actors tend to keep that info from me and still pretend we’re buddies… which is just irritating. So I don’t really buddy-up with other actors very often. I play nice on set to keep the work environs pleasant, but I don’t really network with them as much as I probably should.

I used to want to model, but I’m not going to be getting any taller and I’m certainly not lean enough at present.

I’m sure they’re nice, but I’m really ignorant to a lot of the hype. I wouldn’t even know I met someone worth bragging about most of the time.

I’m still making the mistake of assuming she’s intelligent.

A misunderstanding that would be justified might be “oh, you just don’t like new movies?”

I was referring to the fact that I don’t stalk actors that I like. I rarely even read up on them unless they are dead.

(Reason: In case I ever meet them, I’d like to learn about them from their mouth. Not display my encyclopedic knowledge of their career and sexual liaisons.)

Of course she just totally blows past that.

Act, pursue it for a living or for passion, and you are an actor. Your trivial socialite tendencies have no impact on what you actually do. Knowing who’s who doesn’t make you an Actor. Distracted, maybe, but you aren’t accomplishing anything. If I need to know about someone… introduce me.

If it’s important to you in defining me as an actor that I know celebrities, sure.

You know, maybe I misinterpreted the her first line in this block. I think I read it as “get to know your actors before you say you’re an actor” when, if you look at what she’s really saying, it’s “derp, I’m a retard.”

Or maybe she’s giving me career advice for agents. Fuck if I know.

I’m only interested in the work as far as myself appearing in it. If I want to see other performances I don’t watch myself, and I don’t pay much attention to my work once I’m nolonger influencing it.

Title, role, date released, MAYBE director if she’s a sweetheart. That’s as far as my information goes outside of my direct involvement.

Troll Level Orange. Also, fuck you for discrediting anybody I’ve worked with. Just because I can’t or won’t name-drop doesn’t make them any less real, or any less actors.

I won’t say I don’t know any porn actors, though. But come on. You don’t have to trash on them just because you’re not good enough to wank to.

I think that’s what’s making this troll so effective. It actually bothered me because she’s attacking something and people I respect. Maybe not fawn and worship, but respect certainly.
